2016 L405 with auto tart stop Diff refill

Hi,
I was renewing the Diffs and transfer case oil to find the rear diff fill point is not what I found on the Service Manuel or the videos online. mine it was towards the front of the Diff and at a much higher location. so when I drained i was able to drain 820ml but on the fill i was able to fill the whole 1 litre.
still not sign of a drip. then I stopped and took about 150ml out so I keep as close to what I took out.
is this correct ?

In the workshop manual for the L322 it says to fill it when the required quantity of oil and that the fill plug is NOT a level plug. It also states that using it as a level plug could cause damage. I'd imagine the L405 is the same.

It sounds like you've overfilled yours I'm afraid.
