So my ctek arrived and car is now charging up - one quick question I assume the 95Ah Land Rover battery in there is a straight forward lead acid thing and I can use the recon function?

I have ordered the 12s plug and will keep you posted - got to say car looks a bit sad with mouth open, much better to stealthily insert something in its rear when no one is looking Embarassed Geoff

Connected the Ctek up through the 12s socket, thanks for all the help and advice Thumbs Up . Battery charged fine will leave connected overnight and use the FBH whilst it is still connected in the morning. Geoff

Ctek was on 7 (never got to 8 ) this morning after leaving connected overnight, activated the FBH whilst it was still connected, stayed on 7 for a while and then dropped back to 4 (7 is only a trickle for a fully charged battery)l. Disconnected after 1/2 an hour car with FBH still on, unlocked and started no problem, lovely and warm inside.
Case closed Very Happy Geoff
