Heater hose's

Quick question. Can anyone tell me the diameter of the water hose's that run from the back of the engine to the heater matrix? I have a leak where my LPG kit ties into these hoses, and want to buy some better hose clamps. 04, 4.4V8, Vogue Oslo Blue with LPG.
