United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Zambezi Silver

I got 2 new lights from the dealers & 3 months later they're both full of water again. Not too keen on drilling holes in new lights Rolling Eyes Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue

One of my lights has shown a little fogging too, I might try the silica option, as long as there is not much water in the casing. Tom

The only problem with putting silica jel packs in the units is if the leak persists that causes the condensation the silica jel becomes saturated and requires drying to restore it moisture absorption properties.
How do you dry the jel packs?

^^^ couldn't agree more.
If they used a decent, long lasting adhesive to glue the two halves together it wouldn't happen.

I saw a good tip for this on another car forum, they were using fishing line tied to a silica bag , drop this into via one of the bulb holders and you can remove it as and when you please.
