Isle Of Man 2005 Range Rover Vogue SE Td6 Java Black
torque converter TD6

does anyone know the best place to purchase a torque converter from for a TD6 and how long to fit ?? I have a vibration at 1500 to 200 revs so looking at the posts its looking possible !! its only done 20K and 15 months since the recon gearbox and new torque converter but i ended up not not trusting the indie so have abad feeling Big Cry

Or there is a reputable place in glasgox that refurbish them that i can dig the details out for you but they are the same and require your unit back IIRC.


Have you checked everything else on yours and maybe asked another garage to look? FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's
Mantec Sump Guard, Rigid Load liner, MY10 BT upgrade.

Exactly. Mackie supplies many of the rebuilders in the UK with TCs.

Was your valve body upgraded? These people http://www.automaticchoice.com/ have Sonnax parts and (I believe) also sell valve bodies with the Sonnax bits installed. 
RRC 2Dr, RRC 4Dr,
P38, and 2 L322s
(wife thinks I'm nuts - prob right, too)
