Which oil to use on 2003 4,4v8 petrol ?

HI, I have a 2003 RR vogue 4.4 petrol with the bmw M62 engine. I want to change the oil. I am after some advice as to which oil to use. Also could you tell me how much I will need.

Any help or info appreciated.
