hi has any one removed the FFRR rear view mirror from the winderscreen and if so how was it mounted.

Does anyone know if FFRRs have the wiring for a rain sensor if it's not fitted as standard? I've got to replace my front screen at some point and I was going to ask for one with the shaded section to accomodate the sensor. 2010 MY Vogue SE TDV8 3.6 Stornoway Grey- fully loaded
