FFRR for iPhone Safari

I often use the FFRR page from my iPhone. You can load the page and write but it is very slowly. Sad It will be great if there is a mobile version of FFRR for Blackberry or iPhone.
What do you think? Am I the only one who wants surfs in FFRR with the mobile phone?

I sometimes use it on my N97, I have never had a problem. Are you on a 3G or GPRS connection?

+1 I have the 32GB 3GS and regularly use it for FFRR, no problem although it is turgid on GPRS/EDGE.

Cheers

Probably due to the I-Phone being limited to 384 Kbps uploading as Apple has not implemented the HSPA protocol.

Maybe the I-Phone 4G might be faster Thumbs Up

High-Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) is an enhanced 3G mobile telephony communications protocol in the High-Speed Packet Access (HSPA) family, also coined 3.5G, 3G+ or turbo 3G, which allows networks based on Universal Mobile Telecommunications System to have higher data transfer speeds and capacity. Current HSDPA deployments support down-link speeds of 1.8, 3.6, 7.2 and 14.0 Mbit/s. Further speed increases are available with HSPA+, which provides speeds of up to 42 Mbit/s downlink and 84 Mbit/s .

Thumbs Up

Why does the iPhone lag 5 years behind every other phone!?

My N95 supported HSDPA (3.5G) a milennia ago.

NOW NEW WITH THE IPHONE - MMS!!!! - Yeah, every other manufacturer has been doing that since colour screens were invented.

Because everything else on the iPhone is perfect. Wink Sorry but I never had such a good phone. The rest is useless. Wink Have you ever tried an other touchscreen phone?

No I mean not slow. The page is not made for mobile Version. You have to scale it all the time.

Tried the iPhone out before I bought the N97. I didn't like the fact that you can only use fingers for the touchscreen, you cant use it with cloves and you cant poke it with a pen. Also when you use a screen protector it lowers the sensitivity massively. The N97 also has a slide out keyboard, 5MP Camera, flash, lens cover 3.5mm jack etc etc....

Also the page fits fine on the screen in landscape mode, maybe you just need to change a setting?

Sorry, I'm an Apple hater and a Nokia Fanboy!

Firstly...... If you don't think iPhones are the best phone in the world ever ever ever then your wrong Laughing

I'm a massive apple geek and brand loyal with two iPhones, a MacBook and a G5 in the house!

Mines only not great on the Internet when I've not got edge or 3G.

Other than that I use FFRR lots from the iPhone.

Granted a few phones have other features better but overall it's a great phone (in my opinion) 4.4 V8 Autobiography and 22" wheels!
