Wheel swap 20" vs 18" and will my nuts fit

Ive only ever had 20" super charged wheels on my 2002 FF vogue which i have been really pleased with, although not standard to the FF i like the look and am also aware of the slight speedo difference.

They are in perfect condition with a recent quality powder coat standard silver sparkle booted with Hancook Ventus 275/40's. I have become a paranoid parker when there are kerbs around !!!!!!!

I am however thinking of getting a set of origonal 18" twin spoke's for the winter but not sure if my tapered nuts are ok on older wheels, i know you shouldnt use old nuts on new style wheels but not clear the other way round.

Not sure whether to keep the 20" wheels for summer or sell while they are in perfect condition that is if there is a market for them.........??

you will need the smaller black 20mm shank nuts for the 18'' rims...

Out of curiosity what difference does it make to the speedo? 2003 Vogue 4.4 V8 Java Black

my 275/40's make the speedo read 4.6% too fast, that is the speedo says im doing 60mph and i am actually doing 57.2 mph..........not a major issue. The correct 20" FF tyres are 255/50's although not sure how well they will sit on the supercharged RRs 20" wheels...........

RRS wheels do need wider tyres than the standard fullfat ones because they are 9.5j compared to the fullfats 8.5j.... ... - .- -.
