Hi there has anyone heard of this fault message,
"Suspension fault, Suspension will lift when system cooled". It keeps coming up on my display and has been checked 10 times at the dealer but never fixed.

As it suggests, the compressor is overheating.... Either because it's worn or because you have a leak somewhere.

And seriously your dealer must be a complete retard - take it elsewhere.

Yeah, they have replaced the compressor already and checked for leaks.
Fault still the same.

If they have fitted a new compressor that rules out it being worn. I would still consider a leak, regardless of what the dealer says.

Basically your pump is overheating, this means it's running for longer than it should either having to constantly top up an air spring, or make adjustments.

The other thing could be a height sensor slightly out, meaning it's constantly adjusting the height. If you're still under warranty first ask that they re-calibrate the height and if you still get the issue get them to replace the sensors.

The next thing I would go for is the valve block, for example if this is not allowing air from the reservoir to be used to adjust the height then the pump has to do it all on its own. If the susp' is very slow to change heights then this could be your issue.

Seriously though, I would take it to a different dealer.

Out of interest, which dealer are you using?

I use lookers in Chelmsofrd and they found my air leak in a small pipe to a spring no problem.
Although the part was on back order and took two weeks... but not the dealers fault.
