I had fitted pattern brake parts on the TD6 and they were crap. I ended up swapping to genuines fairly soon afterwards.

Best to replace I would suggest. The cost is not that much really (in the UK anyway) and for peace of mind etc. THE INVENTOR OF THE TERM "FULL-FAT RANGE ROVER" :

Can the brake warning light be reset by me having repplaced the pads or is it a proffit oppertunity for the steeler? letters not necessarily in the right order |

the sensor auto resets the warning light so no dealer profit to be had |
