Nexen Roadian 19s

Before I commit to buy, has anyone fitted the Nexen Roadians to 19" wheels on their FullFat? I've read plenty of posts about 20" ones but can't seem to find a reference to the 19s. I'm looking at a set of 4 for £395 delivered, which I assume is a good price.

Chris

I had 19's...
I have written about them. They completely stopped my fatty aquaplaning, I thought they were good in the wet.
I found them quiet on the road as well. I do think the sidewalls are very soft. They appear to bulge as in not enough pressure, but it is just a characteristic of the tyre. I would think twice if you plan on doing a fair bit of offroading as I think rocks etc will damage the sidewalls. A fine tyre for road use tho'.... I would say well worth the money.

Thanks for that. A bit more digging has shown that you, Stan and Ebajama run Nexens and that's good enough recommendation for me. £395 for 4 tyres delivered to be followed by a trip to the village garage and I'll be ready for winter.
Thumbs Up

Thanks Stan - I realised afterwards that yours was an old post and wasn't relating to your present S/C. I shall avoid Salisbury Plain at all costs!

Considering the abuse they get on Lagos roads (apart from nails of course) they are doing well. I don't drive like a maniac (usually Twisted Evil ) due to the potholes and other tyre hazards but they do have to do hard work on the roads here. And they have done well in the past 10 to 15k kilometers. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
