Do you mean the leaver wont move out of "D" or when you do it wont change up and down manually ?

Axle, as it's a 2011 it will have the rotary knob & paddles instead of a stick...

I suggest that you take it back and let them do a check on wiring and connectors. Although it is most likely software related by my guess TBH !! MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Take your own Vaseline, they charge you a lot more it MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
