Have left my manual at home

Is the beam adjust position for a 2008 both up or both down on the little levers? Am on the tunnel now and have no idea if i have just not moved them back from last time or if they need moving again am going into france not coming home! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

@nmj - From page 109 owner's handbook:

It's called. "Tourist lever mechanism"

Your UK default lever positions are

Xenon right hand headlamp - Up position
Xenon left hand headlamp - Up position

Halogen right hand headlamp - Down position
Halogen left hand headlamp - Up position

Remove the headlamp rear access cover and move the level to adjust the beam. So for France (or any country where vehicles drive to the opposite side of the road to where you normally drive) my interp would be you move it down for both xenons.

And up for the right halogen; and down for the left halogen!
