2014 Range Rover Vogue SDV8 Nara Bronze

Unless its one of the final editions the L322 does look pretty dated now. Not denying its still a brilliant car but certainly the pre 05s especially are looking so old and battered around this part of the country at least so I can see where your golf buddies are coming from.

Ive got a vet friend who's had his 04 since new.....its in a right state now but hes loathed to get rid as he uses it to chuck building rubbish in it and everything! '14.5 SDV8 Nara Bronze for sale

I think your car looks great. It's a classic shape and if kept in perfect condition I can see values of these rising in the long run.
Yes it looks dated but in a classy sort of way. I'd rather be driving an old Range Rover than any of the new repmobiles or so called SUV's. I remember Clarkson's test drive of the Cayenne concluding: I'd rather walk home than be seen driving this thing!

Thumbs Up CSK, cheers. It's well kept Laughing

Accepting that people who see these cars through the aerodynamic brick perspective might have a point, it's also true that the majority of cars date, some well and some not so well.

Sticking with 4x4, my wife thinks the L322 RR looks 'a bit dated' although she doesn't distinguish between model years. She also thinks latest shape Cayenne with lesser wheels/ not fully loaded cosmetic exteriors look dated. The Q7 looks dated, as does the XC90. Some might think the latest version X5 and Mercedes M class are stale by design. People buy them all though!

Never let anyone else influence your car buying decisions.
I buy a car because I like it, if no one else does so what?
The question you should be asking yourself is: do I still like the shape and do I still like driving it?
If you do, keep it and don't care about other people's opinion, you've got your own!

I think a lot of vehicles look dated if not looked after. Very few cars in concourse or near look unpleasant. A clean and well presented l322 still looks a million dollars yet look at one that has been abused has damage and is filthy looks dated in my humble opinion

Got to agree I think condition makes a big difference! I see a lot of mk1 Audi TT's and think god they look dated because they're dirty with corroded alloys and scuffs..... I don't think mine looks dated because it's kept in pristine condition! I've seen a few 02 - 05 models which look great because they're nicely kept. Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
Gone: Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue, Zambezi Silver, Charcoal Oxford Leather
Also: Mk1 Audi TT 1.8T Quattro, Brilliant Black

I acquired my 04 when it was 2 years old, they had done a lease deal and that was the end of it. It has been used., abused and loved for 8 years. Yes it could be described as scruffy but we love it and always puts a smile on my face when it works.
We have other cars but it is the one I would pick every day to drive, you dont realise the difference from a eurobox (of which we have 2) until you are sitting at a junction and your brain cant work out why you cant see anything, for me looks are secondary to function Thumbs Up

+1. Looks great. I like a very well maintained unmolested RR in original condition.
