Condensation under gas tank

Hi all
Has anyone experienced moisture collecting under their 'donut' gas tank? We had a particularly damp morning this week with the insides of the windows pooring with moisture. This evening, I went in to the spare wheel stowage (where the donut now lives) and my hi-viz jacket, gloves, tow rope etc that were residing in there are soaked. Hoping that its just condensation from the tank, but wondering if they are susceptible to condensation or if I need to be looking into leaks etc.
I've noticed that the rear washer is intermittent but haven't looked at the routing yet.
Many thanks
Robbo

FFRRs have a nasty history with the wheel well filling up with water due to leaks so no it may not be condensation. TBH I never had any such issues with any of my LPG cars Sad MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Thanks, I'll dry it out and wait to see what happens. Everything was dripping wet in the back, the spare wheel in the boot, the gas tank, insides of the windows were frozen too. Needs a good dry out!

Will have a look but this thing's in mint condition which is why I was thinking condensation. Nothing a few dozen bags of desiccant won't sort.

Whilst it's not inconceivable condensation could occur given the weather conditions from what you describe the amount of water indicates a water leak from outside.
I'd go with the rear upper tailgate seal as above. Cheap and easy fix. Thumbs Up
Very common problem especially for a 2003 car.
Most of these cars look immaculate but can still have leaking tailgate seals.

My lpg boot is always dry, but I have seen moisture on the side sometimes on rainy days, but it dries on its own, but does not drip and fill.. I had an old p38 and that tank was well rusty underneath, and sometimes it was swimming, until I whacked a nail through it!
The boot floor I mean! I think that was the seal leaking as it was catastrophically wet like 2 inches sometimes. And you heard it sloshing!!
