England 2007 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black
New member and Looking purchase an L322

Hi all,

Just joined today and thought I would say hi Smile

After research, I've settled on a 2007 FFRR, I originally stated off looking at TDV8, then the 4.4 AJV8, now the 4.2 Supercharged! As my mileage isn't that high and it's only local driving..

It will be replacing a VW T5 van as become my daily driver,
I've found this one wish is relatively close to me, looks a nice colour combination, and the mileage isn't too bad-

http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/adv...?logcode=p

Just a quick question regarding the fuel....out if curiosity, how many miles to a tank are members getting with the 4.2?

Many thanks

James

Many thanks for the link, looks lovely that, and at that mileage as well,
It's closer than the other one too. I think I'll give them a bell tomorrow.

I went for the 4.2sc and put lpg on and love it. The noise, the power!!!! On unleaded I get around 350 miles to a tank if I remember. On lpg I get 244 miles to a 90 litre tank, which costs me £50 as you can only squeeze in around 75 litres. At the moment my lpg costs exactly half that of diesel. Current:
1999 SL500
2006 Mini One Chrome wrapped
2008 FFRR 4.2sc

Many thanks Smile

That's better than I thought it would be,

That's certainly something I would consider in the future as well, the LPG

And if you go for lpg, I would look at getting a key card with these guys too, sadly non here in Wales but are with you in your area...cheaper than forecourt prices too,
