touch up paint?

Hi Chaps,
could anyone recommend a good bodyshop in kent or Milton Keynes area? I will need to touch up paint a small chip size area in the front bump of my RR.
or if I do the touch up paint by myself, where can I get the paint to match the existing colour? from main dealer? and any technical advice if I do it myself?
