InControl WiFi - connection issues

Hi,

My L405 has the in-built WiFi hot spot. I have a EE Data Sim installed in the slot below the drivers legs.

Usually we have 4 devices connected to this .... two phones and two IPADS.

Everything has been working fine, but today I was receiving lots of network errors. The only way to remedy this was to go into the car menu and turn off and then turn back on the WiFi.

Anyone else experiencing such issues? I wonder if there is an update to the InControl software?

Thanks.

...mine works almost fine, I'm using it with two phones connected. Sometimes (once a month) I find it "OFF" in the menu, but as soon as I turn it ON it works flawlessly. 2016 RR ATB (Kaikoura Stone w/Brogue/Ivory-Brogue)

Can I ask what data provider you are using?

Same boat. No wifi no data connection. If you find the solution I'd be obliged.

Mine has same problems. Can't get Traffic on Satnav and Apple Carplay satnavs not working. I get a "Can't connect to server message" Using a 3 simcard.

Dealer knows of the fault (they couldn't get it to work) and the car is going in tomorrow again. All LR cars from 1984

Just had a call from the dealer, they updated the telematics but no good, so they're going to replace the whole simcard etc unit. All LR cars from 1984

Lets hope you get it sorted.
I'm going to book mine in next week. There's probably other stuff not working as it should. Tailgate stops mid lift side steps have a mind of their own. And an odd one both door mirrors dip when selecting reverse. Not sure if that's normal.
I have no experience of such a complicated car.

Wing mirrors dipping in reverse is normal.

Your tailgate can be reset. Follow instructions in the manual.

Can't comment on deployable sidesteps though. All LR cars from 1984
