This is probably a case of caveat emptor (buyer beware!) but the sales of Goods Act can also come into play on your behalf.

Worth taking it back to the vendor with regard to the Air Suspension Inactive problem, especially if they have a garage they use (with diagnostics) to help identify and hopefully fix the problem. Could be many things from a height sensor (££s) to airbags (£££s) or the compressor (£££s)

Pixel fading on the display is a common fault, and the problem is it can come and go, mine does! .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

Air Suspension Inactive will always be the first fault up on the dash if the battery is NOT 100% charged sir. So, may NOT be any problem with the suspension at all?

Have you driven the car for 10mins switch her off & re-start. Does the problem remain?

Do the EAS buttons/LED’s stay on/off/work during this message?

If this is not an easy fix then you should look at the Consumer Rights Act 2015 which applies to purchases now and replaced the Sale of Goods Act. A google search will bring up the Act itself and also a Citizens Advice note about it. Only Range Rovers since 1988
