Another question for the l405 gang!
While looking at autobiographys recently I have noticed a difference with the infotainment display, I had a 16 plate demo and the display looked very good in terms of sleek and well designed, but a 13 plate I looked at had a different style, the home screen had large rounded icons and didn't look as sleek.
Is there a difference in software or model year or options to have larger icons etc 2010 defender utility

Yes there has been some change to the infotainment in the MY16 model, just some different graphics and a touch faster in operation. It's still not amazing however and expect to see a major upgrade maybe MY17 to match the newly released JLR infotainment systems. 2021 L405 Vogue D300
