Heat in the front

Did my first run today other than local running about and the heat from the transition tunnel was quite warm against my leg. Almost uncomfortable.
I've had a 3.0 and 4.4 405 and never noticed this before.
Would appreciate your thoughts.
Thanks.

It was properly warm, couldn't rest my leg against it.
Switched off the cold box and cooled drivers seat and made sure rear vents were not in heating and made no difference.
Was like being in a tvr again!

I'd be asking LR to check it over. I've only had the 3.0 TDi versions but never had that issue.
