I don't see what the issue is John, veganists should stop eating them then there wouldn't be an issue

One of the most ridiculous things I ever heard was one Monday morning on the 07:10 Flybe flight from Southampton to Orly airport.

We were being pushed back from the stand and the Stewardess (if you can still call them that these days) announced that there would not be any nut products (dry roast peanuts etc) for sale on the flight that morning because one of the passengers had a nut allergy!!

Many years ago, my son brought a letter home from school asking all parents not to pack any form of nut products in their kids packed lunches as one kid had a nut allergy.

Why not just teach the kid with the allergy not to eat anyone else's food...simples.

We live in a PC-mad country. If it ain't broken, fix it till it is.

Now let me see, a Big Mac large extra value meal for a few pence over a fiver or a nice plastic five pound note for lunch. I know which I prefer Laughing Laughing Laughing

was listening to the vegans on R2 yesterday.

so:

it has Tallow in it

the tallow is a byproduct of the meat industry so will get produced in any case

no more animals have to die

they dont eat it, but have an aversion to actually using it

there is a viable alternative: £1 coins

or just use your Censored plastic credit card if you object that vehemently you hemp wearing, cycle riding, sandle toting whingers.

you have just initiated a multi million pound review by the bank of England, which could have been better used to pay for more critical stuff that the other 98% of the population do actually give a monkeys bum hole about. Rolling Eyes There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

This is a pretty common thing, someone with a severe nut allergy doesn't need to actually eat the nuts, any contact can send them into anaphylactic shock, including airborne particles, that's why it happens on flights sometimes also.
