I've tried to order one from here but you need to be a registered firm etc, I can understand that but there does come a point where someone should be able to do DIY on a 5 year old car especially when access to Topix is available to anyone!

Does anyone know of a supply outlet for these things?

Just buy the correct size hex bit and use it with a ratchet spanner

47p2... its a question of access being too tight for the ratchet but good thought.... The special tool is effectively a flat spanner with a square hole in one end. This appears to allow the spanner to slide up a small gap and then the nut (itself looks special) part is offered through the hole. (oh matron etc). 405 AB exec seats Baltic and Cirrus

As above a ratchet spanner but hen the correct size Allan key and cut the thing to length with a cutting disc...
