United Kingdom 2002 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Galway Green
Seat Controls

Hope you all had a good Christmas Very Happy

I have a problem Sad The seat controls on my vogue seem to have gone on strike (more a work to rule) the memory function has disappeared and when you try to manually move the seat if your lucky you get around a millimeter of movement then it stops, release the switch and operate it again and again if your lucky you get a MM of movement Confused whats that all about? anybody come across this issue before? you can with considerable patience get the seat to where you need it but as me and the mrs are a mile apart on the seat position front our lives are going to be to short to keep doing this on a regular basis, and i don't think i can cope with the whiny noise in my ear for much longer (not coming from the car by the way Laughing )

Any suggestions please, oh and before anyone suggests a fuse it cant be that as all the motors do operate its as if there is a thermal cutout or the like that is operating as soon as any motor starts to operate

have a good new year

Stuart

I had this problem on my Disco2, it turned out to be the seat relay was letting go, loosing contact, replaced it and all was functional again
