What are the best oils and grades for the transmission (gearbox GM), transfer box and diferentials?
Cheers

Visit the oilman www.opieoils.co.uk and put in your vehicle details

AFAIK the ONLY oil to be used for the transfer box is Castrol BOT 26 FMB 1 / Part Number STC4861 ( I have three bottles spare if you are desperate!)

and you should use Texaco Texamatic 7045e for the GM gearbox, though others may have found alternatives .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember Wink

I just had mine back from the indie. All fluids changed. Drives like a dream.
Noticeably better than when the main stealer allegedly changed the fluids...in fact so much better it's like the stealer didn't do very much for the money charged !
