Driver window issues from cold snap??

Gents, experiencing driver window issues with recent cold snap - can hear relay clicking and window hardly moved (all other windows fine) then this morning all good (?) - this poss a sign of future motor failure to come or have others had issues of a similar nature.

Any thots welcome?

Thanks

Could the window frozen in the guides?

Try some releasing fluid and see how it goes.

thanks for coming back - checked and all good as were all other windows, thought this a precursor to window motor on its way out brought on by cold snap - anyone experienced same issue of late?

Yes, I had one instance a couple of weeks back. Cold morning (-5c) and tried to lower the drivers window and it wouldn't budge at all due to being iced up. The following day I used the car around midday and the temp was (+5c) and when trying to open the window it lowered about 1cm and then got stuck. Tried several times, but same result. After parking up for a while to get some shopping I got back in the car and tried again and it worked fine and it has be OK since. Weird! But that's Rangies for you Rolling Eyes SDV8 AB MY 2019
