Slight judder when braking

Im getting a bit of a judder while braking, coming from the front left and shakes the steering wheel, nothing while accelerating or cruising.
Just went through a CVRT (Basically MOT in Ireland) test and front side slip / suspension / braking tests all come back fine and even. No uneven tyre wear and pads are fine too.

I have a slight leak in the power steering rack and it appears on that side, but no idea what it is. Current Vehicles :

Binding Caliper?

Check if front left brake disc/hub is much hotter than the others after a short drive. Careful - could be very hot! African Bush Junkie ... in London!

discs were done less than a year ago and the CVRT does a test on that, theyre very careful with brakes these days.

if the caliper was sticking, would I not see uneven pad wear on the front ?

just to clarify, it passed the test with this happening.

Interestingly today I was doing a trip, and when you get to 70+ mph and let off the accelerator you notice the front left pull slightly, Current Vehicles :
