TDV8 Shudder/Judder under acceleration when cold

I was wondering if anyone had any ideas why my 2007 TDV8 will judder under medium acceleration sometimes when it's cold, but it doesn't do it when warmed up. It's seems to do it more on slight inclines which made me think possibly torque converter but wouldn't this cause juddering more when it's warm rather than only while cold? It can also sometimes be a little lumpy on idle when first started up for a minute or so, not sure if this has anything to do with it.

Sounds like transmission. My07 or My08 2007 model and how many km? I ask as ZF changed to the lead free stator bush around this time. ______________________________
