United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Java Black
Full Fat Fulfilment

Just bought my first Range Rover. Been looking since Christmas. Wanted a petrol as will not do many miles per annum. Ended up with a late 2005 (2006) model 4.2 SC in Java black. Wasn't bothered about exterior colour but didn't want black interior that was the only limiting factor. Having travelled the UK ended up finding one from a garage about 8 miles from my house!
It was up for £10k but paid £9k. Comes with 3 months warranty but importantly has just had £2k with receipt on recond gearbox and torque converter. FSH and 2 owners. £295 road tax was a bonus. Has 115k on the clock. garage put 4 new tyres on and 12 months Mot too.
Has all the supercharged kit. Bad bits - some things missing. No toolkit, no rear headphones or remote, no venture cam and rust breaking out on rear three quarter panel. Looks like a pampered car and I'm very happy.
Its currently in for the bodywork on the rear panel and then its going for a full detail. Ill post some pics when it comes back from the detailer. I gained plenty of knowledge on this site before buying and continue to do so thank you.

Looks good! You are fairly local to me, I'm just up in Lancaster. Shame about the missing bits, when I was looking for mine I found many that were the same with all the odds and sods missing although I can't recall seeing that one for sale.

I ended up travelling to Somerset for mine that had all the bits with it!

I'm sure most of the bits can be replaced fairly cheaply, does it have its parcel shelf? 2005 E60 M5

when you get it back check everything twice, every button or light any faults ask the dealer to sort out, the 3 months soon flies past and if some thing you go to use doesn't work just outside the warranty you won't be to happy

It does have the parcel shelf. Only has one key though. I've bought a venture cam off eBay and a remote control for headrests DVD. The only thing not working is the rear reversing camera. This seems common. I have it back now looking gleaming. Painted the rear exhaust box with hammerite today and derusted the side steps and painted lower part too. Degreased the engine. Tomorrow it's the interior. Taxed 1.4 and run out at the weekend. So far so good.
