Wheel and tyre question

I currently have a l322 with 255 55 19 tyres. 3 need replacing. For not much more dosh a friend is selling 4 wheels and tyres off an l405 with 255 55 20 tyres with 7mm tread. Will they fit? Will they affect the handling? How much roughly speedo difference will it make?

They will fit.
The handling will be improved slightly.
The diameter is greater by 3.41 %.

53 reg td6 Vogue Oslo blue 2006- 2015
11 reg 4.4 TdV8 Vogue SE. Baltic blue 2015- date.

Bought them. They are on and really sharpen up the look of the car Very Happy . Roughly how much will the speedo be out?
