Changing standard 21 in wheel for turbine 22 ins

Does anyone know if the same wheel nuts can be used?

These wheelsbare big and heavy and an absolute pain to offer up correctly!

What am i doing wrong?

same nuts... use a lever on the bottom of the tyre to wiggle it onto the studs...and dont have the wheel to high when jacked up.. ... - .- -.

its a lot easier if you use a garden spade under the wheel to lever into position. Agueroooooooooo. 93-20
