Trailer security / wheel clamp

Is there such a thing as a good quality and cheap wheel clamp? It is required for an ifor williams with 12" wheels.

It's currently in my brothers garage but it's soon to be living on my drive and although it's a bit of a pain to get in and out of the gateway with it I doubt a thief would take as much care as I do and take my gateposts with him.

I've also had a cheap eBay tracker suggested to me but it's a catch 22 situation, small enough to hide on a CT166 tilt bed trailer and the battery lasts a week or big enough battery to last a year and I might as well just ratchet strap it to the bed and hope they don't notice.

Can anyone recommend a discreet tracker? Current

I have a bulldog clamp on mine, just about fits. But the main security is parking the van I front of it...... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

It depends how often you use it - I take all the wheels off mine.

Keep it out of sight as best you can.

Hitch lock.

As above - block it in with something else

All you can really do is slow them down - if they really want it, they will have it.....

I use an almax 19mm immobiliser chain with squire lock

And a police / DVLA yellow wheel clamp that came of eBay on my twin wheel ifor

Don't forget to put the clamp on the rear wheels only as the front wheels can be jacked up on the jockey and trailer can be pushed away onto no6 Range Rover

Everyone needs a hobby
