Is this a Mk2 front end and centre section and a 420G / Mk X rear end? Shocked I didn't even know that they could be welded together!

I'm not against modernising an old car, and I like the idea behind this, but the paint and bodywork makes one wonder how well the work was carried out. The doors look like they've been upholstered with the finest bin liners. To each, his own though. Enjoy.
