My caps starting to fall to bits internally causing a slight leak of coolant..can only seem to source 140psi caps which I thought were for the diesel Fattys..shall try duckworths on Monday but in the meantime if anybody has the v8 petrol what pressure rating is your cap?

The parts catalogue I always use is showing they are the same cap for all L322, which is part number PCD000070

Not sure if this clears things up, but i'm guessing 140psi is the right cap, as they all seem the same!

From what I read it was issued with a 200psi cap, but LR have changed them all to 140psi to try and stop a problem with the tank splitting?

200kPa and 140kPa, not psi. A 200 psi cap would be about 1400kPa or 14 bar (using the approximation of 1 psi = 7kPa)

Use the 140kPa cap.

Mine had a 200 but was changed to a 140. If you look at Microcat, you'll see the 200 was for early models.
