4.2SC lumpy / rough running under load and low rpm

Hi All

My SC is running little lumpy recently, thought it was plugs changed them, then changed all the coil packs for new ones still lumpy, its at low rpm under load it happens, just not as smooth as it was / should be.

Also on tick over sounds like a knocking noise some of the time I will try and record it and post.

Any ideas?

Update

All spark plugs changed, all coil packs changed, checked for leaks in the air intake.

Running rough like a dog, knocking noise you can hear in video and rough idea in other video. Also get following errors on IID tool shown in picture.

The MAF was replaced about 6 months ago and give a range of reading inline with what is expected.

Its driving me made.

Have you checked the oil filler cap is seated / sealing correctly, if its allowing air to pass it causes the symptons you're describing...

I had similar issues with my SC in Nigeria and once I updated the Engine Management ECU with the latest software, all the issues went away.

This was after replacement of the fuel pump, complete clean of the fuel system and inlet tract, MAF replacement etc. hadn't done anything to improve it. So once I got hold of my Faultmate and found out how to reflash the ECUs, I did all relevant ECUs, only took about half an hour all in all !!! And afterwards she was purring like a kitten again !!!! MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!
