Scotland 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Zermatt Silver

Some great comments here! ownership is a task but, to drive one of the finest vehicles is just brilliant! I've got a 2007 Vogue SE, great car with all the toys for that vintage, I've spent some serious money making sure that it looks and runs as best as I can!
But then I get the dreaded turbo failure! nothing that I have done has caused this! one turbo collapsed and the others seals gave up! After a shed load of money, my car is back on the road and running as sweet as a nut! hopefully I'll get a few quality miles and enjoy my Range Rover! Thumbs Up Thumbs Up 2007 VOGUE SE 3.6 TDV8

United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black

Makes some worrying reading for me. Im thinking of selling my stage 3 335d (which has been faultless for 4 years, running 422bhp/835nm for 2 of them) for a 2007 Vogue se tdv8 with around 100k miles...

,

I bought my car with 97,000 on the clock, car has run for two years without a fault! There are thousands of these vehicles out there, all running sweetly, I've just been unlucky! but it's fixed and I love it !!
Won't stop me buying another when the time is right! 2007 VOGUE SE 3.6 TDV8

I guess we hear about all the bad ones online. Goes the same with BMWs, forums are full of ones going bad but a lot go perfectly fine. Will just try and find one thats in good condition with regular services and a good MOT history. Bonus would be if there are receipts for extra work such as gearbox changes.

Oh and i've confirmed with my local trusted indy that he can do range rover work and has all the equipment. Guess i'll need him at some point!

Anyways glad your Range is sorted OP, fingers crossed it stays like that for a while.

I have driven them for years Classic p38 and 322 so this one I have had for 4 years done over 80k all serviced up and if a fault shows have it fixed just replaced the Alternator - its was 10 yrs old and in my opinion was a possible failure so replaced all the pulleys belt and water pump so spent a little have also replaced air con compressor and suspension pump suspension replaced all bags shocks and bushes so it would drive as it should - None of these had failed but were showing signs of age so if you invest in them they are fine - p38 was the same
