In Control app not working since yesterday's update

I have been trying to use the In Control app on my iPhone for the last 24 hours but it seems unable to contact my RR. I just checked my phone to see that the app was updated yesterday. I wonder if anyone else has experienced the same problem.

I phone how quaint LOL But seriously there have no issues withe the Android version . Can you roll it back to the previous version ?

That is the version I have which does not work for me. There are 4 or 5 reviews in the app store all saying it does not work so I wonder if it is something to do with the software version on the car which has a compatibility problem.

Land Rover asked me to
- take the car for a drive of at least a mile
- park in an area of good network coverage
-press the LR Assistance button for 10-15 secs
- completely shut down and restart the app

But it still did not work so LR are going to investigate.

This all happened in the week I had a service and software upgrade so the software on the car should be up-to-date.

My incontrol app keeps crashing and won’t maintain connection after IOS 11. Has anyone solved this problem.

No it's Censored - won't even let me register ! Loads of bad reviews - seems to be only the odd 1 or 2 it works for !

Got the same problem. Since 1,5 weeks the App says there is no network. But there clearly is, when I use a wrong password it says its wrong, when I use the right one it says there are network issues ... Tried reinstalling but that did not take care of it. NEW RR TDV6 Autobiography MY2016

Since latest update also have same failure. 'Network Problem' etc. shows on screen.

States ....Cannot connect to LR to check sign in credentials. Please move to location with network.

Would deleting the App (ipad) and re-install latest App. be worthwhile?

Works on android for dash board info, but not for journey detail or location.

So both systems compromised by update it would seem.
