0x6? Compressor temperature rises when compressor inactive

Ideas please.
This fault has been ocuring over the last few months but is coming up more frequently to the point I clear it and the next time a start the car up it happens again. I have searched the web and forum with limited results so just looking for ideas on how to solve the issue.

I need to check compressor temp and when it operates. The compressor was replace about 4 or 5 years ago.
