England 2012 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Santorini Black

/rant mode: It's only a matter of time before the rabid anti-car haters that run Southampton City Council introduce a "toxic tax", no doubt encouraged by London's example. Will they take any notice of the awful old buses belching out cr@p, or the huge cruise ships running diesel generators while berthed, or the diesel trains chugging through the city centre? Will they heck!
What they will do, is spend these stealth taxes on more vanity projects tarting up possibly the world's dullest city centre (a lost cause, Southampton is boring and ugly, live with it). Or maybe on appointing more LGBT equal opportunity officers.....

/end rant mode.

United Kingdom 2003 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Bonatti Grey

Bus companies will just tell them if introduced they'll put fares up and tell the voters who made them do it. Shipping companies will just refuse to dock there and therefore not give them huge docking fees. Train companies will just tell them to spin on it.
Local car drivers will do ............... absolutely nothing, just pay it.
