I'd send it back or let him know because I'm too honest for my own good. Besides, most of the tyre places work on really tight margins and make very little per tyre.

Alternatively, I don't know if it's the same where you are but I think here in the UK, if someone sends you unsolicited goods, you are entitled to keep them and they break the law if they demand payment for them.
