In her natural environment - '57 plate L322 3.6TDV8

So just had a week in the Lake District in my fatty.

Some amazing roads to enjoy, special favourites being the climb up over Ashness bridge to Surprise View, and the run over Kirkstone Pass. Drove home today over Alston moor and Hartside Pass, appreciating the low end torque on some of the uphill hairpins.

Still got a few niggles to sort out, but I'm loving the full fat life

As I discovered last week.

468 mile round trip to play a bike festival in Stratford upon Avon, 31 mpg there and back, well happy with that Smile

Had a trip across country yesterday to visit my daughter, not the longest of journeys at just about 120 miles, but it was one of those beautiful autumn days, and everything was working as it should on the RR. Sheer bliss!

One of the best driving roads in England. Not done it in RR yet but looking forward to it.
