I have a similar problem. The passenger and rears work but the drivers seat drops out after half a second or so. It worked ok until I got an original sub-harness to fix the hvac battery drain. The car is new to me but must gave had the drain for years because a battery isolator was fitted as they couldn’t trace the drain. Now the drain is cured but the driver heater drops out and at the same time the hvac drops out to but the restarts. If I unplug the harness the heater works ok.
Try yours again and watch the hvac lights.
