Speed cushion damage?

I straddle the speed cushions and am now wondering if I’ve cause wheel damage. I’ve done nearly 20k in my 2004 L322 and last week found that at least two of my original 19” wheels had cracks on the inner rim. The previous owner I believe was a numpty judging by some of things I’ve found so have been blaming him/her for it. But 2+ years for this to show up? Or have I done it on these stupid speed bumps? Current: 2004 Vogue 4.4 V8 - 2004 Discovery 2
