2013 Range Rover Vogue SE 5.0 SC V8 Havana

Hydraulic pump of the adaptive system is leaking

At 35.000 miles the pump gave up and is leaking oil - the LR used car warranty does not cover this - so i have to pay 1.800.-- Pounds myself - anyone else had this ? All my spelling errorz are belong to me!

This is something else the warranty doesn’t cover. What exactly does it cover ?

On what basis is it not covered ? Wear and tear / consumable or known LR manufacturing fault ?
