Blind spot sensor blocked

Had this message pop up today - has anyone any ideas?

Just clean the car, its probably caked in salt on sensor

2015 Land Rover Range Rover
The problem: The left or right blind spot monitor module may experience a water leak. Should this occur, the blind spot monitor may not work on the affected side.

See More Service Bulletins

Corrective action: Dealers will replace affected blind spot monitor modules.

Warranty info: This repair is being done free of charge under the new-vehicle limited warranty. This service bulletin expires June 30, 2017.

What owners should do: Call your local dealer with your vehicle's identification number to determine if it's involved in this service bulletin. You can also call Land Rover directly at 800-637-6837 or NHTSA at 888-327-4236. Reference TSB No. Q470.

Thanks for replies.
Car is really dirty so will clean.
Will also give LR a call and see if my car is affected. It is a mid 2016 so it could have some of the dodgy sensors?
