New heated steering wheel

Can anyone recommend a supplier for a good heated steering wheel.

Mines the original and doesn’t work and the leathers gone nasty now.

I’ve seen some nice wood ones but the price has put me off going down that route.

I had same dilemma last year. Couldn't justify a wooden one so went with a leather one from Powerful UK.

Quality of leather doesn't feel the same as original but no complaints for the price. Gets warm now too.

Good instructions and easy to fit. Not Galway but Balmoral green actually

Britpart was producing and supplying these in grained leather up until October last year when they stopped production, the part is now obsolete so you might be better off buying a second hand one and having it retrimmed locally FF TDV8 WESTMINSTER EXTERIOR DESIGN PACK 2012

I only just fitted a new one to mine on the weekend. This was a sample from one of my suppliers.

Whilst I had the wheel removed I stripped and painted the plastic spoke covers. They came up a treat!

Pic of My old wheel that I made a repair to with Furniture clinic leather repair kit, .
it had a gouge in it that I filled and redyed it and sealed it with the sealer,, I only just replaced it with a new wheel as the old one was hard .
