A different take on a reversing light

Hi All

I have made up this alternative auxiliary reversing light/bulb holder, as long as you have a 12S socket. And very cheap!
It points nicely the right way. Removable so it won't upset any MOT's. Use Pin 1 for reverse + and 3 for earth.
The lamp is a silicone bodied 12v under cupboard type bulb, available in Toolstation or Screwfix, or Ebay.
The gland nut and rubber tighten exactly onto the silicone body.
Its only about 1.5 watts, but the photo was taken in daylight and its very bright. As the Cobs are on the side. turn it for the best light spread.
I have found some alternative silicon bodied lights on ebay up to 6w, so will try some alternatives at some point, but potentially opens up all sorts of experimental bulbs.

Best wishes
Glen
