Oscar replaces Wills

Some may consider it "sad" but all of our cars have had names (and I even have a list of them in an Excel file).

Wills is a 54 plate TD6 SE and has given good service to me over the past 3 years. But, he is now approaching 213k and is therefore moving on to a new owner once he has been serviced and MOT'd.

Seen here with Earl, my off-roader

His replacement is Oscar, 2010 tdV8 Vogue, and I found that DVLA's process for transferring registration plates has improved significantly since I last did it Smile

Nice upgrade.

Yes DVLA private plate transfer is a doddle now. 10mins and you're done. Makes it miles easier when you are selling a car. I think it got easier when they got rid of the tax discs.
