It was just a jet wash but I think the pushed the pressure up too much to clean the manky cars that have turned up this week!!

Car due a good tidy up anyway so maybe get the paint looked at. all smug in my new plug!

Just be glad you didn't take this discovery sport through. You weren't by any chance using the same machine?

An interesting thread there on the DS Forum.

What did the owner expect? This is what roll over car washes do, they destroy stuff, especially spoilers. Those disclaimers really are there for a good reason; no car of any value should ever be put through one.

A Morrisons car wash managed to rip the real spoiler off my other half's Disco Sport, fortunately we got that replaced under warranty. it came off in one piece so looked like it had fallen off!

Christ Syl.....thats some mess!!!

It was just a powered jet wash tbh, as the roads had been brutal up here so reckon they didn't even notice, or did and didn't want to tell me!!

Did they cover the cost of a repair with that? all smug in my new plug!

I got black pack done, very straight forward job for a bodyshop who has done work on these cars. All silver panels removed and painted £700, £320 for wheels. I bought genuine boot and bonnet letters, black wheel nuts and wheel caps from ebay in total around £130. I also got it 3 stage machine polished and ceramic coated by a detailer at the bodyshop. Couldnt be more happier, car looks younger and i feel like i got new car. 2017 Range Rover SDV6 AB
